Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Overnight Stocker, you execute large-scale merchandise restocking, freight pallet positioning, and backroom inventory consolidation while the store is closed.
- Overnight Freight Restocking: Break down bulk delivery pallets and restock dry grocery, beverage, cooler, and freezer shelves at high volume speeds.
- Backroom Inventory Consolidation: Organize backroom holding bays, stack empty pallets safely, and process cardboard through industrial balers.
- Non-Shopper Floor Recovery: Condition sales floor aisles, update price tags, and execute deep floor sanitation routines prior to morning shift arrival.
