While continuing to perform frontline cashiering and stocking duties during flexible part-time shifts, trainees assist Shift Managers with front-end queue coordination, register drawer audits, and peer coaching. This role provides advanced leadership experience, higher hourly pay rates, and prioritized entry into full-time Store Manager Trainee programs upon college graduation. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the store (no remote capability).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute frontline cashiering and product stocking while learning store supervisory routines.
- Assist shift leads with monitoring register lane queues, calling backup cashiers during busy traffic periods.
- Learn register drawer balancing routines, safe audits, and daily cash reconciliation procedures.
- Coach newly hired student associates on seated register scanning standards and ALDI work methods.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
