Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you lead a team of order selectors, equipment operators, and dock associates through a full distribution center shift — monitoring pick rate performance against the shipping plan, coordinating trailer loading sequences, and enforcing the safety standards that keep a high-volume warehouse floor incident-free.
